I offer race management services for any group interested in putting on a running, cycling, and multisport event.

Timing Services

I provide chip timing services using the Jaguar Bronze system from Innovative Timing Systems. This system utilizes disposable timing chips, which means the athlete does not have to return the chip. If your event is fairly small, I can provide the standard "tear-off-the-tag" system instead of chip timing. You will get accurate timing with professional looking results. With either method, results can be posted to a website and/or emailed out to participants.

Event Insurance

As a certified running coach for the Road Runners Club of America, one of the perks is easily obtaining race liability insurance at a very, very reasonable rate. The insurance can cover not only athletes, but also the race director and volunteers. This is a definite must for any event. You don't want to have an incident happen without being covered.

Online Registration

I do a lot of online registration for my events. In this day and age of high-speed computers and high-volume internet transactions, online registration is a major convenience for a lot of athletes. I can set up online registration for your event.

Online and printed advertising

Along with online registration, I can advertise your event on several major online websites and also send news releases to your local newpapers. This increases your chances of having your event noticed and therefore, more likely that your event will draw a bigger turnout.

Sanctioning

As I mentioned earlier regarding the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), having EOST as a member club provides a form of sanctioning for running events. As a certifed cycling coach with USA Cycling, I can provide the same services for any cycling event, including cycling event insurance.

As a Certifed Race Director with USA Triathlon, I can provide complete USAT sanctioning for your duathlon, triathlon, or other multisport event.
