Highway to Well

Highway to Well 4 -

(theme to be determined)

The 4th annual “Highway to Well” run, sponsored by the Umatilla County Wellness Committee, is on August 25. This event caters to the entire family, and is open to people of all ages and experience levels.

“Highway to Well” includes a 1 mile, 5K, 10K, and a ½ marathon. The first three runs start and end in beautiful Community Park along McKay Creek. The ½ marathon, which is the marquee event, begins near Pilot Rock and follows the old highway to the finish at Community Park, with stunning views of the Blue Mountains and wildlife along the way.

T- Shirts are available for all participants, and a healthy brunch is provided at the conclusion of the runs, and is FREE to all participants.

The Umatilla County Wellness Committee’s goal is to promote wellness in all county employees, and with this event, we hope to involve our community in a fun day of exercise and healthy eating, on what we hope will be a beautiful, fall day in Eastern Oregon.
