August 23, 2014

The 6th annual “Highway to Well” run, sponsored by the Umatilla County Wellness Committee, is on August 23. This event caters to the entire family, and is open to people of all ages and experience levels.

“Highway to Well” includes a 2K, 5K, 10K, and a ½ marathon. All the runs will start and end in beautiful Community Park along McKay Creek.

A healthy brunch is provided at the conclusion of the runs, and is FREE to all participants.

The Umatilla County Wellness Committee’s goal is to promote wellness in all county employees, and with this event, we hope to involve our community in a fun day of exercise and healthy eating, on what we hope will be a beautiful, fall day in Eastern Oregon.
