Come join us for Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter’s (PAWS) second annual “Walk Your PAWS Off” event to raise money for the animal shelter located at 517 SE 3rd St. (Now open Fridays-Tuesdays, Noon-4pm). Bring your family, friends and your well behaved pooches to walk or run either 2K or 5k, Saturday April 27th, at Community Park East in Pendleton, Oregon (1200 SW 44th St, by the tennis courts). Anyone participating with a dog will receive a bandana and goodie bag for their dog (while supplies last). There will be a “Top Dog” award to the first place dog finisher in both the 2K and 5k events.

Please spread the word and help us make this event a success! Can't run or walk? Consider volunteering or donating to the cause or just show up to cheer on the race. Call the shelter at 541-276-0181 to volunteer. Hope to see you there! All friendly dogs are welcome and encouraged (on leash), but are not required in order to participate in the event.

COST

Registration is open until April 26.
2K run or walk is $10.00 (either mail-in or on-line).
2K family option is $25.00 (mail-in only).
5K run or walk is $20.00 (either mail-in or on-line).
On race day, registration is $5.00 extra.

T-shirts are $10 and are produced locally. In order for you to ensure getting your t-shirt on race day, I must receive your registration by Sunday, April 21.

Online registration ends promptly at 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 26.

CLASSES

2K age groups: under 10, 10-16, 17 & up
5K age groups: under 13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up

AWARDS

Awards will be presented at the completion of both races. All registered dogs will receive a bandana and a goodie bag.

5K - An out and back course which includes the bike path in Community Park and SW 44th. Click on map for a pdf version.
